Delivery & shipping

Every order leaves our warehouse in an unmarked box with a neutral sender name. There is nothing on the outside that identifies the shop or what is inside.

Cost and speed

Order value

The minimum order value is €35, so that a single parcel can be packed properly and shipped tracked. Orders below that value cannot be completed at checkout.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. The tracking page itself uses a generic carrier template — it does not display the shop name.

Customs and duties

All shipments originate inside the EU, so there are no customs declarations, no import duties and no handling fees for any EU destination. Prices shown include VAT.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is delayed beyond 10 working days, or arrives visibly damaged, write to us with the order number and we replace or refund it without requiring a return. Contact details are on the contact page.
