Terms of Service

These terms govern every order placed through loveadults.com. The seller is BATTLEBORN LTD, ЕИК 206693403, Isperih, Bulgaria.

1. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to order. We may ask for confirmation and may cancel an order if we have reasonable grounds to believe the buyer is a minor. By ordering you confirm you are of legal age in your country of residence.

2. Products and prices

All prices are shown in euro and include VAT. We describe products accurately, but photographs are illustrative — packaging may change between production batches. Where a product is unavailable after an order, we contact you and refund in full.

3. Orders and minimum value

The minimum order value is €35. Delivery costs €13 and is free for orders from €49. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email; the contract is concluded at that point.

4. Delivery

We ship to all 27 EU member states. Parcels are dispatched in unmarked packaging with a neutral sender name. Delivery estimates are indicative; risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, under Article 57(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed. Intimate products that have been opened fall in this category. Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 30 days.

6. Returns and refunds

Return unopened items in their original sealed packaging within 30 days. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Faulty or wrongly shipped items are always refundable, opened or not.

7. Warranty

Products carry the statutory 2-year conformity guarantee under Bulgarian consumer law. Report a defect with your order number and a description; we repair, replace or refund.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell products purchased for personal use, not to abuse promotional codes, and not to use the site fraudulently. We may refuse or cancel an order where fraud is suspected.

9. Liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for loss arising from misuse of a product contrary to its instructions, for allergic reactions to materials you have not patch-tested, or for indirect losses.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without limiting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. You may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.
