This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit loveadults.com or shop with us, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. What we collect
- Order data — name, delivery address, email, phone, ordered items, payment status. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Account data — email, hashed password, order history, saved addresses. Legal basis: contract.
- Contact messages — name, email and the content of your message. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Technical data — IP address, browser, referring page, kept in server logs for 30 days for security. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Newsletter — email address and subscription confirmation, only if you opt in. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time.
We do not collect special-category data about your health, sexuality or preferences. The products you buy are order data, used only to fulfil the order and to handle returns.
2. Discretion
Orders ship in unmarked packaging with a neutral sender name. Your purchase history is visible only to you, to the staff who process your order, and to our payment and shipping providers as strictly necessary.
3. Who we share data with
- Payment providers — to authorise and capture payment. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Carriers — name, address and phone, to deliver the parcel.
- Email infrastructure — our own mail server, used to send order confirmations and replies.
- Hosting and CDN — servers inside the EU that serve this site.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for advertising.
4. How long we keep it

5. Your rights
- Access a copy of your data and receive it in a portable format.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Erase data we no longer have a legal reason to keep.
- Restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time.
- Complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД), or to your local supervisory authority.

6. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy. Strictly necessary cookies (session, basket, age confirmation) are set without consent because the site cannot function without them.
7. Security
Traffic is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Access to order data is limited to staff who need it. If a breach affects your rights, we notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours and inform you without undue delay.
